Advanced Keys provides 1 year warranty on the Access Key (transmitter) and the Control Module. The warranty is limited to manufacture defects only and will not cover any physical damage including water, fire, or damage caused by installation errors.

For customers who have purchased the unit from authorized retailers, please email us and make sure to include the following information:
  • Model number
  • Owner's name and contact info
  • Date of purchase
  • Date of installation
  • Retailer name and contact info
  • Installer name and contact info
